Professional, punctual, and polished in appearance
Friendly and confident communicating with guests

Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift light items as needed
Committed to a safe, respectful, inclusive guest experience
Event experience is a plus—but not required for every role. We value attitude, reliability, and strong customer service.
