• All ticket sales are processed through Eventbrite, SureCart, or our secure checkout providers.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

B. Refunds & Transfers

• Refunds follow the refund policy listed on each event page.

• Many events are non-refundable due to venue, catering, and entertainment commitments.

• Transfers to another person may be allowed depending on the event.

C. Entry Requirements

• You must present a valid digital or printed ticket.

• Late arrivals may miss certain event elements.

2. Event Policies

A. Safety & Conduct

All attendees must:

• Behave respectfully

• Follow staff instructions

• Adhere to venue rules

TWKB Events reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

B. Sober-Friendly Policy

Most TWKB events are alcohol-free, family-friendly, or 18+ sober-friendly depending on the event.
Disruptive behavior linked to alcohol or drugs will result in removal without refund.

3. Photography & Media Release

By attending our events, you grant TWKB Events:

• Permission to photograph and film you

• The right to use images or video for marketing purposes

You may request removal of any media where you are the clear and central subject.

4. Merchandise Sales

A. Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe listed at checkout.

B. Returns

Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

5. Disclaimer

TWKB Events is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen items

• Vendor products or actions

• Weather-related changes

• Venue changes due to circumstances outside our control
